Curtis Baird - At Large Membership Coordinator

I started climbing after high school and soon learned it was the only thing I wanted to do.  I learned the basics at Table Rock in the Linville Gorge and then started climbing all over the Carolinas.  In the past decade, I have spent most of my free time climbing in the region, and have also spent an extensive amount of time climbing throughout the western states.  I truly believe nothing is better than the climbing found in the Carolinas.  I enjoy all the climbing disciplines, especially slab climbing and ice climbing.  Several years ago, I started helping with bolt replacement and was also a member of the original C4 trail team.  I look forward to helping the CCC continue to bring new climbing access to the region.
