Climbing is about so much more than getting to the top of a route. It’s about the people you meet, the places you get to explore and the community that makes this sport so special.

I found climbing during a challenging season of life, and it quickly became so much more than a hobby. Climbing gave me confidence, connection and a place where I felt like I belonged. I’m passionate about helping others find that same sense of community and everything climbing has to offer.

I’m a private climbing instructor and volunteer with UpEnding Parkinson’s, where I get to share the physical and mental benefits of climbing and movement with others. I’m also the co-founder of Branded AF Marketing, where I spend my days telling stories, connecting people and helping build stronger communities.

I’m excited to serve with the Carolina Climbers Coalition and help bring people together, create opportunities for climbers to get involved and protect the places that have given so much to our community.
